  • You will coordinate capillary transport and manage incidents at the client's site.
  • You will control inventories, procurement, and the relationship with multiple local suppliers.
  • You will manage logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, settlements) and orders with demanding deadlines.
  • You will work very closely with the commercial, financial, risk, and operations teams to guarantee excellent service.
  • You will drive improvement plans and actions to raise the efficiency of the center.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Training in logistics, transportation, or administration.
  • Previous experience in logistics management, administration, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of office tools and logistics management software or SAP (highly valued)
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High School Diploma, Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Logistics, and Transport.
  • Experience in logistics management or administration.
  • Forklift license (valued)
  • Proficiency in office tools; SAP or other ERPs will be a plus.
  • Organization, initiative, analytical capacity, and passion for teamwork.
