The role

For our A Coruña office, we are looking for a logistics and transport technician profile to work in the final stage of the Import Operations process.

What you'll do

You will coordinate maritime traffic operations (import), ensuring correct documentary execution and regulatory compliance.
Contact with agents+shippers in countries of origin and coordination of cargo.
You will manage bookings with shipping lines, transport orders, and their follow-up.
You will be the point of contact for customers, agents, and suppliers (shipping lines), maintaining fluid and proactive communication.
You will control files from start to finish: opening, documentation, provision of purchases and sales, invoicing, and closing.
You will be responsible for maintaining document management procedures and resolving any incidents that may arise during the process.

🤝 You will work side by side with:

Our pricing team, who prepare the offers.
The commercial department, to whom you will report any variation affecting cost or sales forecasts.
Our network of both national and international agents and suppliers.

How you'll work

Permanent contract, Transport and Logistics collective agreement-
Flexible schedule from 8 to 18 hs+ continuous working day in summer.
