We are looking for a Transport and Logistics Administrator to join our team in Massalavés (Valencia).
What you'll do
Manage the documentation associated with daily operations, including delivery notes, invoices, and orders.
Perform inventory control and monitoring, ensuring the correct updating of information.
Coordinate and organize transport, routes, and shipments, maintaining fluid communication with drivers and collaborators.
Monitor operations to guarantee compliance with established deadlines.
Attend to and provide support to suppliers and customers, resolving inquiries and incidents effectively.
Register and keep information updated in the company's management systems.
Use IT tools, especially Excel and ERP, for the management and control of activity.
Collaborate with different areas of the organization to ensure the correct development of operational processes.
