• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions of responsibility in cocktail bars, high-end cocktail lounges or prestigious hospitality establishments.
• Deep knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages.
• Proven experience in team management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Total customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and highly demanding environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control and bar management tools.
• Training in mixology, sommelier studies or hospitality management will be positively valued.
• Availability to work the stipulated schedule (Wednesday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM).
• Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.

We are looking for a Cocktail Bar Manager with a solid track record and proven experience to lead and manage our prestigious venue located in the LA FINCA, POZUELO area. You will be responsible for the overall supervision of the bar, ensuring excellence in service, product quality and business profitability. We are looking for someone with a deep knowledge of the cocktail world, strong team management skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

• Overall Bar Management: Oversee all daily operations of the cocktail bar, including inventory management, cost control, supply orders and facility maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and train a team of bartenders and floor staff, fostering a positive, professional and high-performance working environment. Set clear objectives and evaluate team performance.
• Product and Service Quality: Ensure the highest quality standards in the preparation of all drinks, cocktails and their presentation. Ensure an exceptional customer experience, anticipating their needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Menu Development and Trends: Collaborate on creating and updating the drinks menu, incorporating the latest trends in cocktails and spirits. Research and propose new creations and experiences to surprise our clientele.
• Event and Reservation Management: Coordinate the management of special events, private parties and reservations, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every occasion.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Profitability: Work to achieve and exceed the bar's sales and profitability targets, implementing effective commercial and promotional strategies.
• Atmosphere and Experience: Actively contribute to creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the image and prestige of Grupo Barbillón.
