Personalized customer service in financial management (natural and legal persons)

1.- Customer service (cash operations, payment of bills, taxes, etc.)

2.- Incident resolution by the manager. Daily

3.- Supervision and handling of office devices

4.- Updating data in the Entity's records

5.- Management of asset operations (personal loans, mortgages, guarantees)

6.- Management of payment method incidents

7.- Management of office cash

8.- Marketing of the Entity's products (insurance, savings, investment)

10.- Administrative tasks

11.- Continuous training

12.- Other transversal tasks in collaboration with other Areas of the Entity

Degree in Business Administration and Management, Law or similar

Availability to travel and change residence, if applicable
