Nursing Assistant (Night Shift)

Contract: Temporary (Interim).

Working day: 33 hours per week (night shift).

Under the supervision and guidance of the medical, nursing, and supervisory teams, you will be a key piece in guaranteeing the integral well-being of the users, providing personalized auxiliary care that maintains or improves their current quality of life.

Your day-to-day will be full of meaning. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care and well-being: performing hygiene, grooming, dressing, and personal care for users, always ensuring their maximum privacy, intimacy, and dignity.
• Mobilization and comfort: performing postural changes correctly and as a team (between two assistants) following established protocols, as well as assisting with getting users up and into bed.
• Feeding and hydration: assisting users with meals (including support for oral feeding, PEG, and NG tubes under nursing authorization) and ensuring their correct hydration.
• Active accompaniment: energizing the daily lives of users by assisting and accompanying them to dining rooms, lounges, the gym, group therapies, and rest areas.
• Safe and pleasant environment: maintaining order and control of users' rooms, wardrobes, and belongings, as well as the organization of the relaxation lounges.
• Coordination and recording: reading, signing, and communicating incidents during shift handovers, and completing the hygiene and grooming records daily and rigorously.
