The role

The objective of the Sociocultural Animation Technician position is to energize and contribute to the planning of social and cultural activities at the center, as well as to ensure that residents are integrated and happy, that they are active, and with the goal of maintaining or improving their quality of life.
What you'll do
- To know, propose, and make operational the cultural intervention processes in their management and educational aspects.
- To establish relationships between the cultural and educational spheres and social and economic processes.
- Access information sources and procedures to obtain necessary resources and implement cultural processes.
- Coordination with professionals of various qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies.
- Execution and budgeting of various projects and programs, as well as the preparation of relevant reports and evaluations.
- Implementation of specific programs and projects.
- Promote the integral development of residents through playful-educational action.
