The role

The objective of the Social Work Dept. is to ensure the well-being of users during their stay at the center, providing the highest quality. You must convey tranquility and communicate with family members regarding all matters related to procedures and relations with institutions during the admission period.
What you'll do
- Study of the social needs of the users.
- Prepare Social Reports for the users.
- Processing of: Pensions, application and renewal of the National Identity Document (DNI), Foreigner Identity Number and the Foreigner Identification Card. Recognition of Disability Degree. Recognition of their Dependency status. Census registration (Empadronamientos). Etc.
- Study of stay financing and monitoring of patients covered by the Conselleria.
- Application and monitoring of admission orders and legal incapacities.
- Process public benefits or placements for users.
- Process referrals to other services.
- Control and monitor occupational risks.
- Care for Users and Family Members.
- Assist and participate in the daily briefing
