Technician for the Knowledge Transfer Office – Health Area

The Universitat Abat Oliba CEU is looking to recruit a Technician for the Knowledge Transfer Office with the aim of strengthening the implementation of research and knowledge transfer initiatives in the Health Area and managing them, particularly within the framework of the Regions del Coneixement programme.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative environment, taking part both in operational management and in the strategic development of research and transfer projects. Their activity will combine technical management tasks, coordination, and the promotion of transfer ecosystems.

Main responsibilities

• Development of research and knowledge transfer initiatives in the Health Area.

• Identification, protection, and valorisation of research results.

• Economic and financial management of projects, including monitoring, justification, data entry into SIFECAT, and preparation of technical and economic reports for FEDER co-financing.

• Liaison with institutional bodies.

• Participation in the design and implementation of monitoring systems, as well as preparation of follow-up and impact reports.

• Support in securing funding for R&D&I projects.

• Initiative and support in building collaborations with public administrations, social entities, and the productive sector.

• Promotion of communication and dissemination of activities, including citizen science actions.

• Support for university entrepreneurship processes arising from knowledge transfer.

• Participation in the management of agreements and contracts linked to transfer projects.

Experience

• Previous experience in project management, knowledge transfer, or business development, preferably in university environments.

• Knowledge of regional, national, and European funding programmes (e.g., RIS3CAT, FEDER).

Skills

Education

• University degree (bachelor's or licentiate).

• Sufficient level of Catalan and an advanced level of English.

La Universitat Abat Oliba CEU precisa incorporar un/a Técnico/a para la Oficina de Transferencia del Conocimiento con el objetivo de reforzar la implementación de iniciativas de investigación y transferencia del conocimiento del Área de Salud y llevar a cabo la gestión de éstas, especialmente en el marco del programa Regions del Coneixement.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, participando tanto en la gestión operativa como en el desarrollo estratégico de proyectos de investigación y transferencia. Su actividad combinará tareas de gestión técnica, coordinación y dinamización de ecosistemas de transferencia.

Funciones principales

• Desarrollo de iniciativas de investigación y transferencia del conocimiento del Área de Salud.

• Identificación, protección y valorización de resultados de investigación.

• Gestión económica y financiera de proyectos, incluyendo seguimiento, justificación, introducción de datos en SIFECAT y elaboración de informes técnicos y económicos para cofinanciación FEDER.

• Interlocución con organismos institucionales.

• Participación en el diseño e implementación de sistemas de monitorización, así como elaboración de informes de seguimiento e impacto.

• Soporte en la captación de financiación para proyectos de I+D+i.

• Iniciativa y soporte en la articulación de colaboraciones con administraciones públicas, entidades sociales y tejido productivo.

• Promoción de la comunicación y difusión de actividades, incluyendo acciones de ciencia ciudadana.

• Apoyo a procesos de emprendimiento universitario como consecuencia de la transferencia del conocimiento.

• Participación en la gestión de convenios y contratos vinculados a proyectos de transferencia.

Experiencia

• Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos, transferencia del conocimiento o desarrollo de negocio, preferible en entornos universitarios.

• Conocimiento de programas de financiación regionales, nacionales y europeos (p. ej., RIS3CAT, FEDER).

Competencias

Idiomas

• Nivel de suficiencia de catalán y nivel alto de inglés.
