The role

Do you have experience in customer service and are you interested in the construction and wood sector?

We are looking to hire a person for the position of Sales Assistant - Commercial Advisor in one of our centers located in Mejorada del Campo or Coslada.

What you'll do

Attention and advisory service to professional and individual customers.
Sale and recommendation of products related to construction, wood, and DIY.
Management of orders, quotes, and inquiries.
Replenishment and organization of material in the store.
Client follow-up and loyalty building.

How you'll work

Schedule: 37.5 hour working week.

Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00, with 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch.

Lunch shift from 13:30 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 16:30, depending on the available vacancy.

Friday: from 07:30 to 15:00.

Requirements

Experience or knowledge in construction materials, wood, hardware, or related sectors is valued.
