Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Metal Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (20h) and a valid overhead crane license.
Experience: Demonstrable experience as a First-class Skilled Die Maker working with total autonomy in a workshop (adjustment and manufacturing).
Hard Skills / Tools: Mandatory mastery of progressive dies and CNC milling machines. Verifiable experience in blueprint reading and ideally EDM operation.
Soft Skills: Operational autonomy, millimeter precision, and an orientation toward resolving incidents in low-supervision environments.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary range between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year (depending on entry technical level). Night shift premiums and shifts are paid separately.
Stable project: initial 6-month contract with transition to permanent staff, or direct permanent contract depending on the expertise provided. Biweekly rotating shift system (morning 6-14h, afternoon 14-22h, and night 22-6h).

The role

We are looking for a First-class Skilled Die Maker with consolidated experience to join on a stable basis an industrial company focused on manufacturing and maintenance for the metal and plastic sector in Martorell.

The objective of the position is to assume technical responsibility for manufacturing and adjustment in the workshop. We move away from the concept of a mass production operator; we seek a profile with the autonomy to work the complete die cycle, providing millimeter precision to ensure quality before it enters the production line.

What you'll do

Manufacturing and setup of dies (stamping and plastic) with maximum autonomy based on technical drawings.
Programming and machining on CNC milling machines.
Fine adjustment, modification, and optimization of existing progressive dies.
Operations with complementary workshop machinery, including EDM, grinding machines, and boring machines.
Technical collaboration with the office and the rest of the team to resolve incidents and ensure mechanical tolerances.
