The role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in Cloud environments to join the development team of our client in Lleida.

You will be a key part of the technical leadership in an environment of constantly evolving products, where we are looking for someone with a product vision, capable of understanding existing platforms, stabilizing them, optimizing them, and supporting the team in its technical evolution, actively participating in technological decision-making.

Technically lead the continuity, evolution, and scalability of cloud platforms and products, ensuring their maintenance, improvement, and integration with new technological capabilities. This role will act as a cloud technical reference within an ecosystem of connected solutions involving augmented, virtual, and mixed reality (XR) applications, as well as projects with an artificial intelligence component and, valuably, robotics.

What you'll do

  • Manage the technical cloud architecture of existing platforms and products.
  • Manage, maintain, and evolve infrastructures deployed on AWS and/or GCP.
  • Oversee production, staging, and development environments.
  • Ensure operational continuity and reduce technical debt.
  • Define criteria for scalability, security, traceability, and maintainability.
  • Analyze existing, legacy, or operational products.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, areas for improvement, and refactoring opportunities.
  • Design plans for technical continuity and progressive evolution.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and functional/technical documentation.

  • Ensure consistency between application, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Understand and promote the use of artificial intelligence in the development cycle.
  • Promote an AI-enabled / spec-driven development approach.
  • Identify and evaluate internal use cases for LLMs, automation, assistants, agents, and productivity tooling.
  • Analyze third-party platforms, existing services, and integration flows.
