At Q-tech, we are collaborating with a large international technology company to hire a Platform Fullstack Engineer for their technology hub in Barcelona.

But watch out: we are not simply looking for someone to do frontend + backend.

👉 We are looking for a profile with a true Platform Engineering mindset.

Someone who understands that their "user" is also the developers themselves and who enjoys creating tools, APIs, automations, and self-service solutions that allow other teams to work with greater autonomy and less friction.

What you'll do

🔹 Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architectures
🔹 Backend: .NET Core / C# + Node.js (NestJS / Express)
🔹 APIs: REST, resilience patterns, OAuth2 / OIDC
🔹 Containers: Docker + Kubernetes
🔹 CI/CD & GitOps: pipelines, testing, registries, and ArgoCD
🔹 Cloud: Multicloud / GCP environments
🔹 IaC: Terraform
🔹 Observability: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, K6
🔹 Platform tooling: Backstage, Feature Flags, developer portals, and boilerplates
🔹 AI-assisted development: Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, agents, and new ways to automate development tasks

The stack is broad, yes. We do not expect you to be a specialist in absolutely everything.

We are especially interested in someone hands-on and pragmatic, capable of moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure and, above all, who understands the purpose of Platform Engineering: to enable other development teams to work better.

We are looking for people capable of detecting problems in development workflows, proposing solutions, building them, and then explaining how to use them through documentation, workshops, and best practices.
