Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil, Canal, and Port Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in civil works management.
Knowledge of cost control and project economic analysis.

The role

Would you like to join a leading company in the construction and civil works sector? We are looking for a Civil Works Engineer to join our team and lead the execution of urban development, asphalt paving, road, highway, drainage network, and infrastructure projects. This is a stable position with a high level of responsibility, aimed at professionals with experience in both technical works management and project cost control, as well as team coordination.

What you'll do

Ensuring the correct planning, execution, and profitability of assigned works, while meeting deadlines, costs, quality standards, and established safety measures.

Overall management and supervision of urban development and infrastructure works.
Monitoring planning and meeting execution deadlines.
Project cost control: costs, certifications, measurements, and budget variances.
Management and negotiation with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Coordination of the human and material resources required for each project.
Technical control of execution in accordance with the project and specifications.
Supervision and organization of site managers, team leaders, and site personnel.
Preparation of progress reports and reporting to Management.
Detection and resolution of incidents during the execution of works.
Collaboration in the continuous improvement of construction and operational processes.
