Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in industrial environments.
Knowledge and handling of machinery such as lathes, presses, grinders, milling machines, or similar.
Handling of measuring instruments and dimensional control: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, gauges, and similar tools.
Ability to resolve incidents and prioritize tasks based on production needs.

Nice to have

Previous experience in tooling management and control is valued.

From Grupo Crit Tarragona delegation, we are selecting people for an important multinational company in the metal sector to join the tooling area. We are looking for people who want to join a stable project, with continuous training and in a leading company in its sector.

What you'll do

Assembly, adjustment, and disassembly of production tooling and tools.
Supply of tooling to the various production lines.
Verification of the condition and correct functioning of work tools.
Control and management of the department's tooling stock.
Interpretation of technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation.
Performance of dimensional checks using measuring equipment.
Coordination with production to guarantee the availability of the necessary tooling at each manufacturing changeover.
Detection and resolution of common incidents related to tools and tooling.
Maintenance of order, organization, and correct identification of the material in the tooling room.
Recording and monitoring of information using IT tools and ERP.

How you'll work

Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night (availability to work a 4th shift is valued)
