What you'll get

Direct hiring by the company.

Annual gross salary between €35,000 and €38,000, depending on experience and professional merit.

Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with rotation every 15 days:

Morning: 06:00 to 14:00

Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00

Night: 22:00 to 06:00

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the activities of the production team to ensure the fulfillment of daily objectives.

Ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency standards on the electronic soldering line.

Plan and organize production according to manufacturing needs and demands.

Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize production processes.

Adequately manage the available human and material resources.

Train, motivate, and develop the team to foster an efficient and committed work environment.
