What we're looking for

Consolidated experience in motor claims processing.
Real and autonomous experience in the management of CICOS, CIDE, and ASCIDE.
Knowledge of deadlines, codes, messages, communications, and application criteria of the agreements.
Experience managing files from start to finish and with minimal supervision.
Ability to analyze responsibilities and make decisions regarding processing.
Experience in different types of motor claims.
Capacity for organization, analysis, and monitoring of a portfolio of files.
We will especially value experience in Own Damage, damage and injury claims outside of agreements, and foreign claims.

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Senior Motor Claims Handler to join a consolidated company in the insurance sector, located in Madrid, on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and technically solid profile, with real experience in the comprehensive management of claims and especially in the application of agreements. The selected person must be able to manage their files from start to finish, with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision.

What you'll do

Comprehensively and autonomously manage motor claims files, mainly material damage.
Manage files under the CICOS, CIDE, and ASCIDE agreements.
Correctly apply and interpret the criteria of the agreements.
Control and monitor deadlines, codes, messages, and communications.
Analyze claim documentation and determine responsibilities.
Manage claims between companies.
Monitor files from their opening until their resolution.
Manage Own Damage files.
Process damage and injury claims outside the scope of agreements.
Manage claims with an international component.
Coordinate the intervention of loss adjusters, lawyers, assistance, and other providers.
Maintain contact with policyholders and different interlocutors during management.
Resolve incidents and make decisions autonomously regarding the processing of files.
