What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, Installation and Maintenance, or related specialties.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of working in confined spaces, working at heights, and equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults.
Availability to participate in the on-call system on alternating weeks.
Responsible, organized, proactive person committed to safety and teamwork.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct hiring by the client company.
Permanent contract, with a 6-month probationary period.
Gross annual base salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
On-call allowance in addition to the base salary, for participation in the on-call system on alternating weeks.
Additional financial compensation for on-call activations and overtime worked.
Split shift, with a usual schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 hours, plus a rotating on-call system.

The role

At Grupo CRIT, we are selecting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for direct hiring by a major company in the environmental sector, specializing in the regeneration of used oils, located in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva).

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment, the ability to diagnose faults, and a safety orientation, who wants to be part of a specialized industrial environment.

What you'll do

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities.
Repair and maintain pumps, reducers, agitators, and other mechanical plant equipment.
Replace mechanical seals and bearings, and perform alignments of motors and rotating equipment.
Execute assembly, disassembly, and maintenance work on valves, heat exchangers, filters, and transfer systems.
Perform workshop tasks: cutting, mechanical adjustments, basic machining, and welding to support maintenance.
Interpret mechanical drawings for the execution of maintenance work.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults during plant operation.
Participate in scheduled shutdowns, facility improvements, and the assembly of new equipment.
Comply with established safety and occupational risk prevention procedures.

Will be valued

Knowledge of safety in explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
Forklift, mobile elevating work platform (MEWP), and/or overhead crane license.
Knowledge of TIG, MIG, or electrode welding.
Interpretation of P&ID drawings.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
