Industrial Maintenance Technician - Mechanical Profile

Industrial Maintenance Technician with a mechanical profile to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. We seek experience in industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and fault diagnosis; knowledge of electricity and electronics will be valued.

Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager, your main functions will be:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and industrial facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electromechanical faults.
• Perform interventions on motors, bearings, transmissions, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical elements of the machinery.
• Execute assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and repair of mechanical components.
• Perform diagnosis and resolution of incidents to guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Execute technical interventions to ensure the maximum availability and reliability of the machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects for machinery and facilities.
• Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Safety teams in the resolution of incidents.
• Record the interventions performed through work orders and maintenance reports in CMMS.
• Comply with the established standards and procedures regarding safety, quality, and the environment.

• Preventive and corrective industrial maintenance

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechanics, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automated production environments.
• Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics and experience in machinery diagnosis and repair.
• Experience in assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and repair of mechanical components.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Valuable experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings, transmissions, pumps, and drive systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity and electronics will be valued.

Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Industrial con perfil mecánico para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria industrial. Buscamos experiencia en mecánica industrial, neumática y diagnóstico de averías, valorándose conocimientos de electricidad y electrónica.

Bajo la responsabilidad del Responsable de Mantenimiento, tus principales funciones serán:

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria e instalaciones industriales.
• Diagnosticar y resolver averías mecánicas, neumáticas, eléctricas y electromecánicas.
• Realizar intervenciones sobre motores, rodamientos, transmisiones, bombas, reductores y otros elementos mecánicos de la maquinaria.
• Ejecutar trabajos de montaje, desmontaje, ajuste y reparación de componentes mecánicos.
• Realizar el diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
• Interpretar planos mecánicos, esquemas y documentación técnica.
• Ejecutar intervenciones técnicas para asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y fiabilidad de la maquinaria.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de maquinaria e instalaciones.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Producción, Calidad y Seguridad en la resolución de incidencias.
• Registrar las intervenciones realizadas mediante órdenes de trabajo e informes de mantenimiento en GMAO.
• Cumplir las normas y procedimientos establecidos en materia de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

• Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Mecánica, Automatización y Robótica Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento industrial, preferiblemente en entornos productivos automatizados.
• Sólidos conocimientos de mecánica industrial y experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de maquinaria.
• Experiencia en montaje, desmontaje, ajuste y reparación de componentes mecánicos.
• Conocimientos de neumática e hidráulica.
• Valorable experiencia con motores, reductores, rodamientos, transmisiones, bombas y sistemas de accionamiento.
• Capacidad para interpretar planos mecánicos y documentación técnica.
• Se valorarán conocimientos de electricidad y electrónica industrial.
