Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training in Machining Technology or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in process programming, with at least 3 years in lathes and machining centers or 2 years performing similar functions.

Nice to have

Experience in production planning and materials management.
Knowledge in design and improvement of manufacturing processes.
Experience in CNC programming and process documentation.

The role

From Grupo Crit we are selecting a CNC Machining Process Programmer for a company dedicated to precision machining located in Alcalá de Henares. We are looking for a person with experience in production programming and planning, capable of coordinating production resources and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established deadlines, costs and quality standards.

What you'll do

Programming, launching and monitoring manufacturing orders.
Planning and coordination of the workshop's production resources.
Management of references, material structures and documentation associated with manufacturing.
Planning of material requirements and order tracking in coordination with Purchasing.
Control and management of minimum material stock levels.
Study, definition and improvement of manufacturing processes.
Creation of CNC programs or coordination of their execution with specialized personnel.
Functional design of fixtures and special tools in collaboration with the Technical Office.
Time studies and evaluation of manufacturing tasks.
Technical support to Production and assistance in resolving process-related issues.
Maintenance and updating of technical documentation and computer records of manufacturing processes.
