Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Experience managing Business Cases, including investment costs, margins, profitability, and payback.
- Experience managing customers throughout the product development process.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence functional teams.
- Solid understanding of product cost structures, business figures, margins, and financial KPIs.
- 5/7 years of experience in electronic product development.
- 2/3 years of experience in project development/project management.
- Experience in at least two other development functions, such as Quality, Processes, Electronics, or Purchasing.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of key objectives across quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and timelines.
The role is responsible for ensuring effective project coordination and successful product launches in line with customer expectations, while managing cross-functional teams, resources, budgets, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from both an operational and functional perspective.
- Lead OEM/OES projects, including components and systems using established technologies.
- Ensure project KPIs are achieved across profitability, quality, development costs, payback, and production readiness.
- Ensure appropriate project resources are available and effectively managed.
- Identify and resolve project issues through cross-functional collaboration and appropriate escalation processes.
- Define and manage the project budget, including budgets associated with projects forming part of the wider project or system.
- Manage relationships with customers at both local and central levels.
- Coordinate communication within the project team and with associated P2/P1 projects.
