The role

At Metrica España, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in international environments to lead a global program. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of technological solutions across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with scope, deadline, quality, and business adoption objectives.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Manage global transformation and automation projects from start to finish.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise simultaneous deployments in different countries.
Lead design, development, testing, production launch, and stabilization activities.
Manage risks, incidents, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Coordinate business teams, technology teams, and external providers.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards, methodologies, and policies.
Prepare periodic reports on the project status, including schedule, budget, quality, and benefits obtained.
Drive change management and the adoption of new solutions by users.
Facilitate workshops, follow-up meetings, and steering committees.
