We are looking for industrial profiles with experience in diagnosing and repairing breakdowns in machinery and production lines, accustomed to working in corrective maintenance within an industrial environment.

• Diagnosis and repair of breakdowns in industrial machinery and production lines
• Corrective maintenance, both mechanical and electrical, depending on specialty
• Replacement and adjustment of industrial components
• Detection of recurring issues and proposal of improvements
• Collaboration on installations and machinery commissioning
• Work on automated lines and productive industrial machinery

Previous experience in industrial corrective maintenance

Experience in diagnosing and repairing breakdowns in industrial machinery

Valuable experience as an industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, or electromechanical technician

Valuable experience on automated lines and in a productive industrial environment

Availability to work rotating shifts

Stable position within a growing industrial company

Direct hiring by the company (6 months + permanent contract)

Approximate total salary between €40,000 and €42,000 gross/year (base salary + 5th shift bonus + night shift bonus)

Annual salary progression and professional category growth

Development plan and long-term stability

Schedule

Work in a rotating 5th shift schedule:

Intensive shifts: morning, afternoon, and night

Hours: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Rotation 5-3 / 5-3 / 5-4: you will work blocks of 5 consecutive days with rest periods of 3 or 4 days according to the annual rotating calendar

Buscamos perfiles industriales con experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de averías en maquinaria y líneas de producción, acostumbrados a trabajar en mantenimiento correctivo dentro de entorno industrial.

• Diagnóstico y reparación de averías en maquinaria industrial y líneas de producción
• Mantenimiento correctivo tanto a nivel mecánico/a como eléctrico según especialidad
• Sustitución y ajuste de componentes industriales
• Detección de incidencias repetitivas y propuesta de mejoras
• Colaboración en instalaciones y puesta en marcha de maquinaria
• Trabajo sobre líneas automatizadas y maquinaria industrial productiva

Experiencia previa en mantenimiento industrial correctivo

Experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de averías en maquinaria industrial

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos

Contratación directa por empresa (6 meses + incorporación indefinida)

Salario total aproximado entre 40.000 € y 42.000 € brutos/año (salario base + plus 5º turno + nocturnidad)

Progresión salarial anual y crecimiento de categoría profesional

Horario

Trabajo en 5º turno rotativo:

Turnos intensivos de mañana, tarde y noche

Horarios de 6h a 14h, de 14h a 22h y de 22h a 6h

Rotación 5-3 / 5-3 / 5-4: trabajarás bloques de 5 días consecutivos con períodos de descanso de 3 o 4 días según calendario rotativo anual
