From Grupo CRIT, we are selecting a Laboratory Analyst Technician for an important company in the Fruit and Vegetable Sector in Murcia:
What you'll do
DUTIES:
- Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products.
- Control of packing according to technical data sheets.
- Verify compliance with quality and food safety regulations and standards (IFS, BRC, etc.).
- Manage and maintain accurate records of laboratory results.
- Collaborate in the development of new products through specific testing and analysis.
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Support internal and external audits related to food quality.
How you'll work
- Schedule from Monday to Friday - Full-time 8h. Morning shifts (6:00-14:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00-22:00). During peak season, some Saturday mornings will be worked and a night shift (22:00-06:00) may possibly be implemented from Monday to Friday.
