Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience.
Proactive attitude, interest in learning, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of financial products, preferably wholesale banking.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to collaborate in international environments.
English level B2 or higher.
Residence in Spain.

Nice to have

Internships or previous experience in banking or financial services.
Exposure to Capital Markets or Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environments.
Knowledge of FX (foreign exchange), fixed income, or interest rates.
Basic knowledge of derivatives or structured products.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Notions of APIs, REST services, and databases.

The role

Participate in wholesale banking projects, collaborating with business and technology teams in an international environment.

What you'll do

Gather and document business requirements with the support of senior functional analysts.
Collaborate in the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
Work with IT teams to clarify and specify functional requirements.
Prepare functional documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Support the preparation and execution of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Perform project tracking and prepare reports and status updates.
Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders in an international environment.

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent.
Modality: Remote from Spain.
Work location: Spain.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. In summer, from 8:00 to 15:00.
Salary: Based on work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years.
Start Date: Immediate.
Availability: Availability for on-call shifts is required; conditions pending confirmation.
