• Experience in reconciliations and analysis of operational differences.

Do you have experience in banking operations and are you closely acquainted with the operations of transfers and checks? We are looking for a senior profile who knows how to control payments, investigate incidents, and ensure that operations are processed correctly.

A challenge focused on operational knowledge, exception analysis, and service quality within the financial environment.

• Review and control payment method operations, especially transfers and checks.
• Verify the status and correct processing of operations.
• Investigate incidents related to rejected, pending, duplicate, or discrepant payments.
• Analyze operational exceptions and locate the origin of possible imbalances.
• Perform controls and reconciliations to identify pending items and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents with other operational units and, where appropriate, with Technology teams.
• Document incidents, checks performed, and corrective actions.
• Identify recurring problems and propose improvements in operational procedures and controls.
