Senior SAP IS-H Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP IS-H Consultant with functional and integration experience to participate in projects for the evolution and improvement of healthcare and administrative processes in complex SAP environments.

• Analyze and optimize healthcare and administrative processes in SAP IS-H.
• Configure and parameterize the SAP IS-H solution.
• Manage admission, registration, transfer, and healthcare episode processes.
• Define solutions for patient management, appointments, waiting lists, and healthcare billing.
• Participate in requirement gathering with business users.
• Prepare documentation and functional specifications.
• Coordinate developments with technical and integration teams.
• Execute functional and UAT testing.
• Provide support during implementations and stabilization phases.
• Participate in integration projects with other SAP modules and external systems.

• Contract: Permanent and/or freelance
• Modality: any location in Spain
• Availability to travel to client facilities during implementation periods (one or two weeks per month to any area of the peninsula)
• Schedule: Full-time

• 4 years of experience as an SAP IS-H Consultant.
• Experience in SAP IS-H configuration and parameterization.
• Knowledge of:
• Admissions.
• Registrations and transfers.
• Management of healthcare episodes.
• Patient management.
• Appointments and waiting lists.
• Healthcare billing.
• Experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Preparation of functional specifications.
• Experience in functional and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of integration with:
• SAP FI
• SAP CO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Additional experience in SAP FI, MM, SD, or CO modules.
• Participation in healthcare digital transformation projects.
• Experience in migrations or conversions to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of high-volume hospital environments.
• Experience coordinating functional teams or vendors.
