Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience in software development, primarily with Java.
Solid experience with Java 17 or higher and Spring Boot.
Real production experience with React and TypeScript.
Knowledge of REST API design, microservices, and Maven.
Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database, with a willingness to delve deeper into MongoDB.
Practical knowledge of Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
Experience writing automated tests and working with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and collaborate in small teams.
High B2 English, with the ability to hold technical conversations with the team.

Nice to have

Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC.
Experience with Helm, Google Cloud Platform, GKE, and GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, alarm management, network topology, or 3GPP standards.
Experience with data formats such as Parquet and analytics processes.
Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, or applications based on artificial intelligence agents and LLMs.
Experience with AI-based programming assistants and specification-driven development.

The role

Build a cloud-native telecommunications network analytics platform using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kubernetes.

Join a small, autonomous team where you will be able to develop functionalities from end to end and directly influence technical decisions and architecture.

What you'll do

Design and develop REST APIs with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain microfrontends with React and TypeScript.
Implement data access solutions with MongoDB, optimizing queries, indexes, and schemas.
Develop event processing flows with Kafka and data ingestion processes in various formats.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms with Spring Security and Keycloak.
Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
Prepare and deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, and the definition of functional specifications.
Collaborate with other teams on the integration of artificial intelligence services.
Take responsibility for your functionalities from design to production deployment.

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent.
Work location: Málaga.
Modality: Hybrid, with office presence 2-3 days per week.
Standard schedule: Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30.
Summer schedule: Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30.
Salary: Based on work experience.
