Payroll and Social Security Technician

• 3–5 years of experience as a Payroll and Social Security Technician.
• Experience as a user of CEGID / Meta4 Peoplenet and payroll management in an SAP environment.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor and tax legislation.
• Degree or Master's in Labor Relations. Vocational Training as a Technician in Administrative Management, Higher Technician in Administration and Finance, or similar.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SAP HR).
• Experience in multi-collective agreement environments.
• Knowledge of expatriate payroll.
• Liaison with technical teams and support for system developments.
• Intermediate English.

We are looking for a decisive, organized, and detail-oriented person to join a consolidated HR operations team.

• Full management of the Payroll cycle (uploading incidents/variables, calculation of IRPF and payroll, checks, payments, and closings), for multi-collective agreement companies with a high volume of employees
• Preparation of final settlements.
• Management of loans, advances, and court-ordered garnishments.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliations and reports.
• Reconciliation of payroll accounting.
• Management of monthly and annual taxes (National, Foral, and Non-Resident) (111, 190, 216, and 296).
• Completion of INE and Ministry of Labor surveys.
• Reconciliation of CRA files (paid remuneration concepts).
• Management of Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red).
• Management of absenteeism, dealings with Official Bodies, and management of Unemployment Certificates.
• Support and Customer Service.
• Support for audits and internal inspections.

• Permanent contract
• Location: Madrid
• Work modality: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week on-site)
• Schedule: Full-time (M–Th: 8 h; F: 5.5 h). No intensive summer schedule.
• Salary: up to €34,000 gross/year depending on experience
