What will your duties be?

- Develop and execute pricing and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Analyze historical and current data to identify market trends and growth opportunities.

- Conduct market studies on specific projects to better understand each asset and assess its profitability.

- Analyze sales of the specific asset.

- Conduct competitive analyses to stay informed of competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Use revenue management systems and analytical tools to optimize hotel performance.

- Prepare reports and presentations on revenue performance for senior management.

- Conduct cost studies for the asset

We are looking for a Hotel Revenue Manager

- Studies in tourism or a related field.

- Advanced level of English; other languages are a plus.

- Previous experience in similar positions.

- Proficiency in Excel.

- Proficiency in software and forecasting tools

¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios y distribución para maximizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad.

- Analizar datos históricos y actuales para identificar tendencias de mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento.

- Estudios de zona sobre proyectos específicos, para poder entender mejor cada activo al estudiar su rentabilidad.

- Estudio de ventas del activo específico

- Realizar análisis competitivos para mantenerse al tanto de las actividades de la competencia y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.

- Utilizar sistemas de gestión de ingresos y herramientas de análisis para optimizar el rendimiento de los hoteles.

- Preparar informes y presentaciones sobre el rendimiento de ingresos para la alta dirección.

- Estudios de costes para el activo
