Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher or intermediate vocational training in fields related to maintenance (Electricity, HVAC, Installations, Electromechanics or similar).
Knowledge of current regulations and standards applicable to public buildings.
Previous experience in the maintenance of hotel facilities or similar environments.
Knowledge of Legionella control and prevention, especially in spa facilities, swimming pools and domestic hot water circuits.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (09h to 17h).

The role

What you'll do

Identify all equipment subject to maintenance.
Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
Inspect the condition of the facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Contact and supervise subcontracted maintenance services and the development of regulatory inspections.
Execution of basic routine building maintenance repairs in coordination with the needs communicated by other hotel departments, as well as according to the needs found following the execution of preventive maintenance plans.
Keep Management and the Regional Maintenance Manager informed about the status of the facilities and machinery, and the performance of suppliers and subcontracted maintenance companies.
