AI and API Implementation Engineer

•  Minimum 2 years in technical software implementation, systems integration, or level 2/3 technical support.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs: authentication (OAuth, API keys), testing with Postman or similar, and error diagnosis.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (App Services, Key Vault, networks, and permissions).
• SQL knowledge to validate data after installation.
• Rigor and method in verification and documentation; customer orientation.
•  Availability for occasional travel to clients in Spain.

We are looking for an AI and APIs Implementation Engineer with at least 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for the correct installation, configuration, and integration of AI solutions and communication platforms within client environments. Your work will be crucial to ensuring that clients can make the most of artificial intelligence capabilities and digital connectivity to optimize their business processes.

• Installation and Configuration of AI Agents: Install and configure AI agents in each client's environment, adapting parameters, flows, and permissions to their specific processes.
• API Integration: Configure and integrate software APIs with client systems and external services, including WhatsApp Business API, webhooks, and APIs.
• Environment Preparation: Prepare and secure each client's environment, managing credentials, access, certificates, and the connectivity necessary for the correct operation of the solutions.
• Verification and Validation: Execute rigorous verification checklists after each installation, including end-to-end testing, API integration testing, and validation of each agent with real client use cases.
• Commissioning and Closing: Validate the correct commissioning of the solutions alongside the client and issue the installation compliance report, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support and Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents that arise during the installation phase and the first weeks in production. Escalate complex problems to the Development team when necessary, providing detailed information for their resolution.
• Monitoring and Handover: Configure monitoring for each client, covering availability, errors, and service consumption. Perform the formal handover to the Support teams, delivering all necessary technical documentation for ongoing management.
