AI Solutions Engineer - Madrid

MISSION Design, develop, and implement AI and automation components in corporate environments within the insurance sector. Work with software and business teams to turn requirements into robust, secure, and scalable solutions, guided by senior profiles, driving innovation and efficiency in key processes. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement AI components, such as chatbots/voicebots, conversational flows, RAG systems, information classification and extraction. Develop and integrate APIs and microservices that expose AI capabilities to internal systems (policies, claims, CRM, billing). Build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing (search/vector DB), retrieval/reranking, and response generation. Configure and orchestrate LLM models (prompting, templates, tools), applying security and privacy guardrails. Integrate NLU/NLP and STT/TTS technologies, connecting assistants to web, mobile, and contact center channels. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs. PROFILE Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience. Experience: 2 to 4 years in software development, with at least 1 year in AI, NLP, conversational, or GenAI (LLMs, RAG) projects. Knowledge: ML and NLP: embeddings, tokenization, context windows, prompt engineering; basic computer vision concepts. Technologies (solid experience in several): Python (required); Java + Spring or C#.NET (valuable); JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL and MongoDB; search/vector DB (Azure AI Search, Elastic, Pinecone); REST/SOAP integrations; OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP/IAM; Azure (App Service/Functions, Storage, AI Search, Key Vault); Docker; GitHub/Azure DevOps/Jenkins; testing (PyTest/JUnit), quality (SonarQube), Postman/SoapUI. PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES / RESPONSABILIDADES Diseñar e implementar componentes de IA, como chatbots/voicebots, flujos conversacionales, sistemas RAG, clasificación y extracción de información. Desarrollar e integrar APIs y microservicios que expongan capacidades de IA para sistemas internos (pólizas, siniestros, CRM, facturación). Construir pipelines RAG: ingesta, chunking, embeddings, indexación (buscador/vector DB), retrieval/reranking y generación de respuestas. Configurar y orquestar modelos LLMs (prompting, plantillas, herramientas), aplicando guardrails de seguridad y protección de la privacidad. Integrar tecnologías NLU/NLP y STT/TTS, conectando asistentes a canales web, móvil y contact center. Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para garantizar soluciones escalables, seguras y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. PERFIL Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Computación, IA o experiencia equivalente. Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en desarrollo de software, con al menos 1 año en proyectos de IA, NLP, conversacionales o GenAI (LLMs, RAG). Conocimientos: ML y NLP: embeddings, tokenización, ventanas de contexto, prompt engineering; nociones de visión por computadora. Tecnologías (experiencia sólida en varias): Python (imprescindible); Java + Spring o C#.NET (valorable); JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL y MongoDB; buscadores/vector DB (Azure AI Search, Elastic, Pinecone); integraciones REST/SOAP; OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP/IAM; Azure (App Service/Functions, Storage, AI Search, Key Vault); Docker; GitHub/Azure DevOps/Jenkins; pruebas (PyTest/JUnit), calidad (SonarQube), Postman/SoapUI.
