The role
We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to join a global, innovative, and forward-thinking digital organization, reporting directly to senior management within the Digital Futures area.
In this role, you will define and drive the corporate AI strategy across complex data ecosystems and platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and internal systems. You will work closely with global business and technology teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, design intelligent solutions, and lead enterprise-wide adoption.
This is a high-visibility role in which you will shape next-generation AI capabilities and influence how AI transforms both customer experience and internal operations across a global organization.
How you'll work
LOCATION: SPAIN
AI Architecture Leadership
Design scalable, secure, and compliant AI architectures
Lead architectural decisions for complex AI systems and enterprise integrations
Define principles for the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI solutions
Ensure the long-term coherence, quality, and sustainability of AI platforms
AI Solutions and Transformation
Design and guide the development of AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows
Facilitate integration with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, etc.)
Drive AI adoption across business units and support cross-functional teams
Establish KPIs/OKRs and measure the performance of AI initiatives
Key Competencies
AI Strategy and Innovation - Definition of roadmaps and identification of high-impact use cases
Enterprise AI Architecture - Agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and integrations
AI Solution Delivery - End-to-end design and implementation
Leadership and Influence - Driving adoption and stakeholder alignment
Performance Management - Measuring impact and optimizing results
Technical
Azure AI / OpenAI services (or equivalent cloud AI platforms)
MLOps, model lifecycle management, and deployment
Data engineering (ETL/ELT, distributed systems)
API integrations and cloud-native architectures
Secure and responsible AI engineering practices
Multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and generative AI solutions
Architecture
Layered enterprise architecture for data, applications, and platforms
Design of scalable and secure systems
Knowledge of AI-powered architecture patterns
Knowledge graphs, digital twins, and capability mapping
Governance and Security
Responsible AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
Data governance, access control, and traceability
AI security, guardrails, and risk mitigation
Required Experience
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems
Solid track record in AI/ML solution architecture and deployment
Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365
Experience modernizing legacy systems with AI
Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, and microservices
