The role
This is a generalist and multidisciplinary position that requires active participation in all phases of a project's life cycle. The selected candidate will play a crucial role from initial conception and technical design through to manufacturing, testing, documentation, installation, and commissioning of the equipment. You will work in close collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Production, Purchasing, Automation, and Project Management, providing continuous technical support throughout the entire execution.
What you'll do
Key functions for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Design and Sizing: Perform the design and sizing of equipment and installations for water treatment, ensuring the optimization and efficiency of the solutions.
- Preparation of Technical Documentation: Create and manage hydraulic schemes, process diagrams, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and all technical documentation necessary for the development and execution of projects.
- Component Selection: Carry out the selection and specification of key components such as pumps, valves, and membranes, guaranteeing their suitability for each specific application.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to the sales and production departments, resolving doubts and offering solutions to challenges that arise.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the different departments involved in projects to ensure smooth and successful execution.
- Project Management: Actively participate in project management, from requirement definition to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
