Senior Hardware Engineer in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become part of high-value projects for our clients.

• Define and manage hardware requirements, ensuring their proper traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in defining hardware architectures for complex electronic systems and modules.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation associated with the development process (SSS, SRS, SSD, HDD, V&V plans, etc.).
• Participate in design reviews and key milestones of the development cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, among others).
• Coordinate hardware development, integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Provide technical oversight of requirements and ensure compliance during the design and integration phases.
• Collaborate with the Systems, Firmware, Software, Production, and Validation teams to ensure the proper integration of the solution.
• Participate in resolving technical issues and making design decisions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in hardware development for complex electronic systems.
• Knowledge of V-model development.
• Experience in requirements management and traceability.
• Knowledge of development milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and associated documentation.
• Experience in defining hardware architectures.
• Experience in hardware development, integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
