Game Room Delegate Huelva

Orenes Grupo, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure and entertainment sector, is looking for staff for the province of Huelva to fill the position of Game Hall Delegate to support its Game Hall Division.

The main mission is to comprehensively manage the gaming rooms in its territorial area, complying with the approved budget, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and Orenes' management procedures and models to meet objectives and maximize profitability and the optimal operation of the rooms in the assigned territory.

Your main duties will include, among others:

- Meet the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation and access controls in order to comply with the regulations and the company's responsible gaming principles.

- Continuously review the cost, income and optimization of the machine fleet to meet the EBITDA budget for the area, the BDI budget and the BAI budget.

- Have qualified staff in each business unit, coordinating the workforce, supervising and supporting their training to ensure the most efficient customer service.

- Supervise facilities and machine fleets, and maintain or modify them as appropriate, according to user preferences, to ensure maximum profitability in each business unit.

- Meet the target for franchised halls per area, analyzing the most suitable management for each hall and selecting the most appropriate partners for the area and business.

- Study and analyze the different areas for the opening of new profitable centers.

Education:

- High school diploma, ESO, or Higher Vocational Training.

- University degree in Business Management and Administration, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Communication, and Marketing is a plus.

- Package: Excel, Power point, etc...

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gaming Sector.

- Management and motivation of teams.

- Commercial skills.

- Results orientation.

- Knowledge of gaming regulations.

- Knowledge of the Sector, Manufacturers, and Products.

- The selected person must be analytical, organized, and methodical.
