Floor Shift Leader

• Advanced or native Spanish (C1+) to communicate fluently with customers and the team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in supervision or team leadership roles.
• Schedule flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday and holidays).
• Experience supervising floor teams in full shifts, ensuring service quality.
• Ability to resolve incidents in real time and maintain service flow.
• Intermediate (B1-B2) or advanced (C1+) English to assist international customers.

• Experience in high-volume restaurants or organized chains.
• Training in hospitality, catering, or leadership.
• Leadership skills, clear communication, organization, and team motivation.
• Experience in opening/closing premises, team training, and floor KPI control.

As Floor Shift Leader (Shiftleader), you will be responsible for coordinating the floor team (waiters and hosts) during shifts, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our customers. You will lead floor operations, resolve incidents in real time, and guarantee that Honest Greens standards are met at all times.

• Coordinate and supervise the floor team during shifts.
• Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage incidents and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain service flow.

• Support the training and guidance of new team members.
