About the role

Orenes Grupo, a business holding company with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure and entertainment sector, requires staff for the province of Seville to fill the position of Delegate/Delegate of Gaming Halls to provide support to its Gaming Halls Division. 

The main mission is to comprehensively manage the gaming halls within its territorial scope, complying with the approved budget, ensuring compliance with the gaming regulations and Orenes' management procedures and models to meet objectives and maximize profitability and the optimal operation of the halls in the assigned territory.

Your main duties will include:

- Meeting the objectives set by management, ensuring compliance with schedules, regulations, documentation and access controls to comply with the rules and principles of responsible gaming of the company.

- Continuously reviewing costs, revenue and optimization of the machine park to meet the area's EBITDA budget, BDI budget and BAI budget.

- Having qualified staff in each business unit, coordinating the team, supervising and supporting their training to ensure the most efficient customer service.

- Supervising facilities and machine parks and maintaining or modifying them as appropriate, according to user preferences, to ensure maximum profitability in each business unit.

- Meeting the objectives for franchised halls by area, analyzing the most suitable management for each hall and selecting the most appropriate partners for the area and business.

Education:
