- Define the office's business objectives, aligned with the regional and corporate strategy.

- Design and implement the commercial action plan to acquire new clients and build loyalty with current ones.

Service Area

- Improve our customers' experience, raising their satisfaction level (NPS).

Management Area

- Manage the office's profit and loss account, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

- Apply commercial and financial policies (prices, margins, risks).

- Guarantee the team's compliance with internal policies.
