What you'll do
Their missions are based on 2 main areas:
- Visit and manage the workers on their team on a regular basis.
- Carry out the search for the personnel necessary to provide services at our clients' sites.
- Ensure the monitoring of occupational accidents and labor incidents of the workers.
- Monitor the training carried out by the workers within their perimeter.
- Inform workers about their medical check-up appointments and monitor their attendance.
- Enter the OSH documentation relating to each worker into the designated system.
- Support operational managers and employees in all their HR matters.
- Back Office: generate worker schedules. Participate actively in the preparation of routes for specialist personnel. Supervise the clock-ins of the workers within their perimeter.
