Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher-level vocational training in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations or Electricity.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large-format hotels or industrial complexes.
- Valid RITE certificate (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings).
- Knowledge of Legionella prevention protocols (official certificate).
- Proficiency in building management software (BMS).
Nice to have
- Valuable: Knowledge of industrial plumbing and welding / Intermediate level of technical English.
The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Maintenance Officer specialized in Machine Room to work at our hotel H10 Rubicón Palace, in Lanzarote.
What you'll do
- To carry out, in a qualified and responsible manner, with sufficient knowledge and ability, the specific tasks of professions complementary to the hospitality activity.
- To guarantee the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the machine room and critical hotel systems.
- Carry out the necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
- Install and maintain specific devices for the protection of people and property.
- Care for and perform maintenance on facilities and machinery.
- Select and procure the necessary equipment and verify that it meets the required specifications.
- Record data on the progress and results of the work.
- To know and autonomously apply the preventive maintenance plan.
- Collaborate with external installation and maintenance services if necessary.
