Maintenance Officer at H10 Rubicón Palace

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Maintenance Officer specializing in Machinery Rooms to work at our H10 Rubicón Palace hotel in Lanzarote.

Their main duties will be:

• To carry out, in a qualified and responsible manner, with sufficient knowledge and capability, the specific tasks of trades complementary to hotel operations.
• To ensure the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the hotel's machinery room and critical systems.
• Carry out the necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
• Install and maintain specific devices for the protection of people and property.
• Care for and perform maintenance on facilities and machinery.
• Select and procure the necessary equipment and verify that it meets the required specifications.
• Record data on the progress and results of the work.
• To know and autonomously apply the preventive maintenance plan.
• Collaborate with external installation and maintenance services if necessary.

• Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large-format hotels or industrial complexes.
• Valid RITE (Regulations for Thermal Installations in Buildings) certificate.
• Knowledge of Legionella prevention protocols (official certificate).
• Building Management System (BMS) software proficiency.

• Valuable: Industrial plumbing and welding knowledge / Intermediate technical English level.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar un/a Oficial de Mantenimiento especializado en Sala de Máquinas para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Rubicón Palace, en Lanzarote.

Sus funciones principales serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada y responsable, con conocimientos y capacidad suficiente, los trabajos específicos de profesiones complementarias a la actividad de Hostelería.
• Garantizar el funcionamiento ininterrumpido y eficiente de la sala de máquinas y sistemas críticos del hotel.
• Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficaz de las instalaciones.
• Instalar y mantener los dispositivos específicos de protección de personas y bienes.
• Cuidar y efectuar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y maquinarias.
• Seleccionar y procurar el equipo necesario y verificar que cumpla las especificaciones exigidas.
• Registrar los datos sobre el desarrollo y los resultados de trabajo.
• Conocer y aplicar de forma autónoma el Plan de Mantenimiento preventivo.
• Colaborar con los servicios externos de instalación y mantenimiento si fuera preciso.

• Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos o Electricidad.
• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en hoteles de gran formato o complejos industriales.
• Carné RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios) vigente.
• Conocimiento en protocolos de prevención de Legionella (Certificado oficial).
• Manejo de software de gestión de edificios (BMS).

• Valorable: Conocimientos de fontanería industrial y soldadura / Nivel medio de inglés técnico.
