Grupo Orenes, a leading business holding in leisure and entertainment with over 55 years of experience, is looking to hire an ICG and Hospitality Management Control Technician to reinforce the Purchasing and Services area.

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person to contribute to the control of inventories, costs, and operational processes of our hospitality businesses, ensuring correct stock management and the maintenance of the ICG database.

Control the stock of the business areas under their responsibility through the preparation of periodic inventories, the analysis of consumption, and the review of agreements with suppliers, ensuring the correct application of prices and the optimization of resources. Additionally, they will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the ICG system database, contributing to operational efficiency and the reliability of information for decision-making.

• Review delivery notes, transfers between warehouses, and invoice generation in internal management tools, verifying product availability and compliance with costs agreed upon with suppliers.

• Periodically audit the various warehouses and analyze inventory results, preparing the established control reports and detecting possible deviations or incidents.

• Control stock levels, consumption percentages, and stock movements, reporting periodically to the Purchasing Coordinator through operational reports.

• Create and maintain in the ICG system the dishes, menus, events, recipes, references, and other configurations necessary to guarantee correct hospitality management.

• Prepare management and monitoring reports for the various business managers, providing information regarding consumption, invitations, stock, and other operational indicators.

• Periodically review prices and agreements with suppliers to ensure the correct application of the agreed conditions.

• Manage and place orders to suppliers when necessary, guaranteeing the supply of products in a timely and proper manner.

• Permanent full-time contract.

• Continuous schedule from 08:00 to 17:30 and the possibility of flexible start and finish times.

• Intensive working day every Friday and during the months of July and August,
