The role

At Grupo Orenes, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure, and entertainment sector with an international presence, we are looking for committed people to join our team as Hall Staff at our Bingo Pinar, (Hortaleza Area) with an indefinite contract and 70% working day

What you'll do

The main duties to be carried out will be:

Verifying the identity and age of customers to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Controlling access to the gaming area and ensuring that only authorized customers are admitted.
Providing basic information about bingo rules and services to customers.
Collaborate with the security and administration team to maintain a safe environment.
Keeping the customer and attendance register up to date.
Providing support to customers in the gaming terminal area.
Customer service in the awarding and sale of bingo cards.
Offer support in the Hospitality areas when necessary
