The role

In our bingos, we look for people with a passion for close personal contact, attention to detail, and excellence in service, to join us as a Hall Technician at Bingo Los Califas located in Córdoba.

What you'll do

Verification of customers' identity and age to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Providing information about the game rules and the services available in the hall.
Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe, orderly, and pleasant environment.
Keeping the customer registry and their attendance up to date.
Performing announcing and bingo game control tasks.
Assisting customers with prize awarding and sales activities.
Providing hospitality services, guaranteeing quality attention.
Resolving inquiries and incidents, offering an excellent experience to our customers.
