Requirements
What we're looking for
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<
Knowledge of office automation and notions of databases, proficiency in email, and handling of telephone switchboards.
Digitizing documentation.
Reception of users and information
Previous experience.
Possess social skills for dealing with people and know how to react to different situations, maintaining calm.
Possess problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
Communication skills, active listening to be able to offer effective understanding.

What you'll do
Provide the necessary attention to Social Security users
Attend to questions and directions regarding the space where we are located
Management of paper mail, enveloping, labeling, weighing.
Preparation, reception, and delivery of mailbags.
Telephone appointment required.

You will work a 30-hour weekly schedule with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
