What you'll do
What work will you do?: - Control, reception, and information at access points and auxiliary management, with functions typical of telephone switchboard operators, information assistants, and messengers. - Use of computer applications for managing Mail and other courier companies. - Reception and delivery of parcels, as well as their distribution and delivery within the building where services are provided. - Procedures and management in public or private organizations outside the workplace. - Occasionally, small staff relocations involving the moving of belongings, IT equipment, documentation, and furniture. What are the requirements for this position?: - Ability to work independently and autonomously and/or as part of a team. - Previous and continuous experience in similar positions. - Ability to move/walk agilely throughout the entire building space. - Communication skills and organizational capacity. - Ability to detect light and/or sound signals. - Training in computer applications. What will your schedule be?: Morning shift, Monday to Friday. What will your salary be?: According to the Special Employment Center collective agreement. Where?: Madrid capital, Madrid.
