Procurement Manager

• Full-time from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:30; Friday intensive working day from 8:00 to 14:30. Intensive working day in July and August.
• Permanent contract.
• Salary according to collective agreement.

• Perform the procurement of material resources with the objective of facilitating supply and stock levels.
• Manage orders: place orders, register in IT applications, and document management.
• Control and process incidents with suppliers, as well as communicate them to the corresponding departments.
• Review and verify invoices from suppliers within their scope of action.
• Monitoring, analysis, optimization, and updating of supplier rates.
• Monitoring of supplier contracts, in accordance with the instructions of the area manager and the company's purchasing and payment procedures.
• Preparation of weekly reports, KPIs, for the area manager.

  • Perform the procurement of material resources with the objective of facilitating supply and stock levels.
  • Manage orders: place orders, CRM registration, and document management.
  • Control and process incidents with suppliers, as well as communicate them to the corresponding departments.
  • Review and verify invoices from suppliers within their scope of action.
  • Monitoring, analysis, optimization, and updating of supplier rates.
  • Monitoring of supplier contracts, in accordance with the instructions of the area manager and the company's purchasing and payment procedures.
  • Preparation of weekly reports, KPIs, for the area manager.
  Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a service provider company.
  • Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior).
  • Use and handling of Office 365, Excel, A3RP, DOCUWARE. Advanced level.
  • Organized, methodical person, with attention to detail and oriented towards set objectives.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Anticipation of scenarios.
  • Adaptation to change.
  • Predisposition to face new challenges.
  • Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% is valued.
