Purchasing Manager

• Administrative management of purchases and claims for conforming or non-conforming products processed from the quality department, ensuring the correct economic imputation in the company's system.

• Control inventories and delivery times according to production planning, in addition to ensuring the entry of different products into the ERP.

• ERP Management: The correct feeding of orders, registration or entry or exit of Raw Materials or Auxiliary Materials, suppliers, updates, and system monitoring according to business needs.

• Coordination with the quality department for the feeding of the repository of documentation for purchased products, such as the delivery note, entry voucher, labels, waste,...

• Manage the administrative part of the purchasing, sales, transport, rental, and reception of the business's merchandise.

• Management of material and request for issuance of invoices/credit notes for material sold to third parties:
  · Raw material
  · Auxiliary material
  · Purchased material, without passing through our process, to subsequently sell it
