What we're looking for

The selected candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing positions within manufacturing companies. They must also have experience in environments where interaction with production areas is required.

Knowledge within the world of wood suppliers will be highly valued.

High level of English, both oral and written.

Experience using purchasing ERPs.

It is very important that the person has the ability to adapt to change as well as skills to interact with all departments of the company.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will join the company as an assistant to the Purchasing Manager, reporting to said manager, with the following responsibilities:

Managing a team of three people, they will handle relationships and dealings with the company's main raw material suppliers, located both in Spain and in other parts of the international geography.

Participating in the identification of new potential suppliers as well as in their qualification/homologation.

Carrying out study and analysis work on current suppliers and participating in negotiating agreements with them.

Ensuring compliance with quality KPIs within the department.

Maintaining constant communication with the company's production area to ensure the necessary raw materials for the different stages or phases of production.
